Friendly staff, comfortable bed, great pool and fitness room, spacious rooms, delicious breakfast.

Nothing could have been better.

During our recent stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the proximity of the hotel to the local tube station. It was just a short ride away from Kings Cross Station and the centre of London. As budget travellers, this was a major plus. The view from our room was amazing, and we enjoyed watching the lively area around the hotel. The bathroom was lovely, clean and stocked with Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of continental and cooked options. The gym and pool were an added bonus.

Although the lifts were sometimes crowded, their busy state was understandable due to the event taking place at the nearby stadium.

I had a great experience at this hotel! The location was fantastic, with lots of shops and cafes nearby and easy access to public transportation. The staff were very friendly and helpful – they made check-in a breeze and provided excellent service at breakfast. The room was well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, and the soundproofing made for a peaceful night's sleep. I also appreciated the option for room service and the use of the leisure facilities, including the spa and indoor pool.

Would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Hilton. The staff went above and beyond to address any issues that came up during my time there. For example, when I had some trouble with the air conditioning in my room, they promptly took care of it and made sure I was comfortable. Additionally, I appreciated the extra perks they provided, such as access to the executive lounge and the fresh fruit they gave me to make up for another small inconvenience. The cleanliness of the pool was also well-maintained, thanks to the diligent cleaning efforts of one of the staff members. I had a friendly and relaxing experience at Hilton.

Great location for concerts, close to shops and restaurants. Easy access to train and tube. Comfy rooms. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Pool, sauna, and steam room enjoyed by all. Perfect for those with physical handicaps.

The lounge access was a great perk, with a large and clean space offering a good selection of food, especially for breakfast. the room was well, maintained and spotless, and despite being located near a busy area, it was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful sleep.

The lifts were also quite confusing to operate, requiring the room pass to be held against a reader for several seconds, with no clear instructions provided. the inability to print an invoice upon check, out and the subsequent failure to receive an emailed copy raised concerns about the hotel's organization and communication.

Great location near Wembley Stadium and short walk from the tube. The breakfast was excellent and the rooftop bar/pool were highlights. The staff were friendly and helpful at the pleasant reception area. Spacious and quality rooms focused on comfort and luxury. Highly recommended.

The location was perfect, close to the tube station and central London attractions. The facilities were excellent, including a fitness centre and rooftop bar with a great view. The staff were amazing, always on hand to assist with any questions. Plus, the breakfast was fantastic!
